Potbelly Corporation has signed a franchise deal with Burke Restaurant Group to open nine new shops in northern Dallas, nearly doubling its footprint in the area. Locations are planned for McKinney, Allen, Princeton, Melissa, Denton, and Flower Mound.
Led by Barry and Remington Burke, seasoned franchise operators with decades of restaurant development experience, the group adds Potbelly to a portfolio that includes Wingstop and FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers.
The expansion follows Potbelly’s record-setting Q2 2025, when it secured 54 new franchise commitments, its largest quarterly total ever.
