Little Ruby’s to Open First Location Outside of New York in Dallas in Early 2026

Little Ruby’s, the Australian-inspired all-day restaurant that has been a staple in New York City for more than two decades, is bringing its first-ever out-of-state location to Dallas in early 2026. The Wish You Were Here Group concept will open at 23Springs in Uptown, introducing Dallas diners to the brand’s relaxed approach to food, coffee, and all-day hospitality.

Known for blending Sydney café culture with New York energy, Little Ruby’s has built its reputation on food that feels comforting, familiar, and easy to return to. The Dallas menu will mirror many of the restaurant’s longtime New York favorites, including the Bronte Burger with sweet chili and mayo on toasted ciabatta, Spicy Vodka Pasta, Ricotta Hotcakes with whipped maple butter and banana, the Chicken Schnitzel Salad, and the Crispy Rice Bowl layered with vegetables, halloumi, a sunny-side egg, and bold sauces.

The Uptown location will feature a 1,790-square-foot dining room paired with a 950-square-foot patio, offering seating indoors, at the bar, and outside. Designed by founder Nick Mathers and the group’s in-house design team, the space leans warm and inviting, with natural materials, custom furnishings, and a garden-inspired patio meant to carry the restaurant from morning coffee through dinner and drinks.

Little Ruby’s beverage program is also central to the experience, with a full coffee menu, premium matcha drinks, daytime spritzes, classic cocktails, espresso martinis, and nutrient-boosted smoothies. Whether stopping in for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or an evening drink, the concept is built to fit seamlessly into everyday life.

After more than 20 years in New York, Little Ruby’s arrives in Dallas aiming to become the kind of neighborhood restaurant people rely on—easy, welcoming, and consistently good.

Wish You Were Here Group will debut at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas, located at 2305 Cedar Springs Rd, Suite 150.
