Hudson House Set to Open Wednesday, February 4 in West Village

Vandelay Companies continues its measured expansion with the opening of its 10th Hudson House location in Uptown Dallas’ West Village on Wednesday, February 4. The East Coast–inspired neighborhood favorite will occupy the former Mi Cocina space at 3699 McKinney Avenue, further strengthening the brand’s presence in one of the city’s most dynamic mixed-use districts.

The opening marks another milestone for Vandelay Companies, now recognized as one of North Texas’ most influential hospitality groups, known for intentional growth and consistently high standards in food, design, and guest experience. Hudson House West Village also joins upcoming sister concepts Ten Ramen and DL Mack’s, reinforcing Vandelay’s growing footprint within the development.

Since debuting in Highland Park in 2017, Hudson House has become a DFW staple for lunch, brunch, dinner, and especially happy hour. The concept is celebrated for its cheeseburger, daily-flown East Coast oysters, the “World’s Coldest Martini,” and interiors inspired by classic New England dining rooms.

“Hudson House has always been about creating a place guests return to again and again,” says Founder, Chairman, and CEO Hunter Pond. “West Village’s walkability and energy made it a natural fit as we continue building concepts designed for longevity.”

The 5,600-square-foot location features signature leather booths, a wraparound bar, sit-down raw bar, and an outdoor patio. Hudson House West Village will be open Sunday–Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Thursday–Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with weekday happy hour from 3–6 p.m. at the bar.
