About Kevin Boehm
Kevin Boehm, James Beard Award–winning restaurateur and co-founder of Boka Restaurant Group, has opened more than 50 acclaimed restaurants over the past 30 years. Alongside partner Rob Katz, Boehm has shaped the modern hospitality landscape, earning multiple Michelin stars and features in The New York Times, Eater, Robb Report, and the Chicago Tribune. In 2019, the duo received the James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurateur.
Beyond the restaurant world, Boehm is the co-founder of Bian, Chicago’s premier wellness club, and a writer for Esquire and Fast Company. His first book, The Bottomless Cup (Abrams Press), debuts in fall 2025, offering an inside look at the lessons, challenges, and triumphs that shaped his remarkable journey.
