The smell hits before the gate does. Fried dough, char from a hidden grill, something citrus and cold being blended two carts over.
Walt Disney World runs on four parks, two water parks, dozens of resort hotels, and Disney Springs, and every corner of it is in the middle of the biggest food refresh Disney has rolled out in years. Over thirty new items landed across the resort in a single week this summer alone, and a few of them have gone properly viral, the kind of snack that pulls a line out the door because of a single TikTok. Here’s where to point your appetite, park by park, resort by resort.

Start in Magic Kingdom, where the classics still hold their ground against a wave of newcomers. The Cheeseburger Spring Roll at the Adventureland cart remains the reigning champion, a crispy golden shell packed with beef, cheese, and pickle tang that vanishes from the case almost as fast as it’s fried. Grab an I Lava You Float at Sunshine Tree Terrace, Dole Whip Orange dropped into Fanta Strawberry with a splash of passion fruit, built for a hundred-degree afternoon.
Over at Main Street Confectionery, the Mickey Strawberry Cookie Sandwich layers strawberry buttercream between two sugar cookies and finishes with a scatter of Skittles POP’d, the actual branded product Skittles rolled out after its own freeze-dried candy trend went viral online. The Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookie Pie comes topped with peanut butter frosting and M&M’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Candies, and the Minnie Strawberry Cereal Treat arrives wrapped in pink chocolate with a bow on top. New churros have also quietly joined the lineup this year, and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café picked up two new quick-service items of its own.

If the calendar catches you there in August, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party runs select nights from August 7 through October 31 with its own full menu, headlined by the Doom Buggy Dumplings, the Skull-icious Cake, the Devilish Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and a genuinely unsettling Fang-tastic Garlic Butter Burger, alongside returning favorites like the Buffalo Chicken Hand Pie and the Ursula Cone.
EPCOT is where the world actually shows up on a plate. The 2026 International Flower & Garden Festival, running through June 1, brought back the Blackened Fish Slider at Florida Fresh, fried green tomato and Cajun rémoulade stacked on a brioche bun, and introduced Shrimp Ceviche at La Isla Fresca, bright with mango, avocado, and jalapeño and served with plantain chips for scooping. The same booth’s Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho pairs chocolate cake with coconut custard and passion fruit caramel, which is doing more work in one dessert than most restaurants manage in a whole menu.

Beach Grub, still new enough to feel like a discovery, poured a Strawberry-Basil Lemonade built on Minute Maid and strawberry-hibiscus syrup and served an Orange Cream Bar, vanilla-bean mousse wrapped in a chocolate shell with marshmallow meringue. Over at Kringla Bakeri og Kafe in the Norway pavilion, a new Coconut Cream Cold Brew joined the World Showcase coffee lineup. Once the festival calendar rolls into fall, EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival takes over World Showcase with its own rotating cast of global bites, worth building an entire visit around on its own.
Hollywood Studios trades polish for volume. Totchos at Woody’s Lunch Box piles tater tots under chili, cheese, and sour cream into something closer to a dare than a snack, and it’s exactly as messy and exactly as good as it sounds. The Barbecued Beef Brisket Bowl at Fairfax Fare stacks braised beef, jalapeños, bacon, and corn chips over mashed potatoes with house queso, served in a waffle bowl because a regular bowl clearly wasn’t enough commitment.

Pink Milk over in Galaxy’s Edge comes with a rum option for the adults in the group, and the Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie at Trolley Car Café stacks spiced carrot cake around enough cream cheese frosting to justify the walk back to it. The Clawwww! Lunch Box pastry returned to Woody’s Lunch Box in April, and Star Wars fans get a fresh round of themed food and a new popcorn bucket to go with it.
Animal Kingdom keeps earning its reputation as the park where the food actually competes with the animals for attention, and this year it’s home to the single most viral snack in all of Disney World. The Cookie Dough Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich at Terra Treats, brownie layered with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and edible cookie dough, took over TikTok this spring hard enough that Disney expanded it to multiple locations in the park just to handle the demand. If the line looks too long, the Pineapple Crisp Sundae elsewhere in the park is cheaper and, depending who’s ranking it, arguably better.

Satu’li Canteen in Pandora added new steamed pods this year and a Specialty Ube Cold Brew riding the ube color trend, Joffrey’s cold brew topped with ube sweet cream, butterfly pea tea whipped topping, and hibiscus powder. Pizzafari rolled out a marble cheesecake that’s become a genuine line-builder in its own right.
The park has also gone all in on Bluey’s Wild World, with a Wackadoo Fruit Freeze built on Simply Fruit Punch and garnished with actual fruit salad, a Bluey’s Berry Lemonade blending four kinds of berry into frozen Minute Maid, a Fairy Bread Cake dipped in white chocolate and rainbow sprinkles with raspberry sauce, and for anyone who’s aged out of the target demographic, an Island Sunrise built on Jose Cuervo Gold with pineapple, orange, and guava.
Out at Disney Springs, LEVEL99 opened with a two-story bar pouring craft cocktails and local brews alongside a chef-driven menu anchored by Detroit-style pizza that’s already earning the kind of reviews that build a wait list. Six Ravens dropped its debut menu there as well, and Amorette’s Patisserie added a Yodel-ay-hee-hoo! Cheesecake to its ever-rotating dessert case, while the World Premiere Food Court brought in Ride Like the Wind, Bullseye!, a Toy Story-themed plate built for sharing.
Goofy’s Candy Co. has its own viral moment going with the Create-Your-Own Mickey Ice Cream Bar, a classic Mickey bar dipped and loaded with whatever toppings you pick, two toppings for $9.99 or a set of six for $14.99, and it’s become its own TikTok content format at this point. In March, the former Sprinkles storefront becomes a temporary home for CrazyShake by Black Tap, the towering, frosting-and-candy-stacked milkshake concept, including a Mickey Mouse Shake rimmed in vanilla frosting with a homemade crispy treat, rock candy, and whipped cream piled on top.

The resorts aren’t sitting still either. Ale & Compass at Disney’s Yacht Club just added a Maryland-style Crab Cake built on corn purée and tomato succotash, along with a plant-based Peanut Butter-Marshmallow Cup for dessert. Over at the Grand Floridian, the Garden View Lounge brought back its full tea experience in March, and the resort’s Gasparilla Island Grill has its own seasonal specials rotating in alongside it.
Uzima Springs Pool Bar added a Red, White, and Blue Lemonade Cocktail that’s shown up at multiple resorts this summer, a strong signal it’s this year’s featured poolside pour.
Four parks, two water parks, a shopping district, and a resort’s worth of hotel restaurants, all of it turning over new dishes on a schedule that makes it genuinely impossible to eat the same trip twice. Come hungry, and come back often, because by the time this list gets old, Disney will have already replaced half of it.
