Rodeo Goat’s in-house “Battle of the Burger” competition heats up in August with the return of the popular “Hatch Me if You Can” burger battling the spicy “Radio G.O.A.T.” through August 26.
White cheddar Hatch chile queso, tortilla strips, roasted Hatch green chiles, bronzed onions and avocado ranch on a brioche bun makes the Hatch Me If You Can an all-time favorite ($12.99). The over-the-top Radio G.O.A.T. features a beef patty, double pepper jack, roasted green chiles, prickly pear BBQ sauce, cactus fries and micro cilantro ($13.99).
Rodeo Goat’s creatively crafted menu includes over 20 signature burger selections including the popular Bodacious Burger (American cheese, bacon, crispy onions, grilled jalapeños pickles, smoked jalapeño mayo, bodacious BBQ sauce), the Blue Jeans Burger (double smash patty, melted blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, grilled jalapeños, crispy onions strings, whipped blue cheese, 501 steak sauce) and the Inspector Clouseau (double smash patties, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, black peppercorn aioli and French onion pan sauce on an onion bun).
Happy Hour, AKA ‘Rodeo Time’ runs Monday – Friday from 3pm-6pm includes $2 off draft beers, $4 off wine by the glass and $6 margaritas, $8 Bodacious sliders (2) and 1/2 off queso. Every Monday, the signature Moontangs are $3 all-day-long.
The extensive drink menu offers domestic and imported brews with a large selection of “mostly” Texas craft beers and a quirky cocktail menu featuring signature concoctions such as the B-L-TX, blackberry lemonade spiked with Texas whiskey and the “Moontang” with Firefly Moonshine, Tang and “other things”.
