Chef Kenny Mills of the Arlington Chop House Burger (not related to the restaurant in Dallas by the same name) is making a reprise. Leading the pack of downtown burgers is none other than Chop House Burger with its beautiful glossy brioche bun, juicy medium cooked beef patty and the freshest vegetation for an absolute win. This is what a burger should look and taste like.
A burger that is far too massive loses its appeal quickly with a sloppy slide of mess, but the Chop House burger is perfectly sized to give a large bite yet remain neat and tidy. Kenny Mills is a bodacious fan of the burger, and does them extremely well at his burger emporium at 1700 West Park Row in Arlington. There you will find Chop House Burger which is celebrating the Cowboy’s insanely good season with a burger dedicated to the Pro Bowl and their entry into the play-off this coming weekend. We would love to point out that not one, but six of Dallas’ players will be playing in the Pro Bowl. The Cowboys are sending quarterback Tony Romo and leading NFL rusher DeMarco Murray, as well as wide receiver Dez Bryant; center Travis Frederick; rookie guard Zack Martin; and tackle Tyron Smith.
