Experience Happy Hour Next Door

Our weekly Happy Hour series took us to Next Door recently where we were able to sample fine cocktails and  whimsical bar food with a view. Located at 2908 McKinney Avenue Next Door is half patio and have cozy restaurant and bar.

Look for some fun bar bites that are big enough to share including the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Dumplings (8), Tuna Poke Nachos served on crisped wonton with wasabi crema (14), a bevy of steak sliders (14). You may have been to the new It spot in Dallas on McKinney, Next Door. We had brunch there recently and we were totally blown away with its uniqueness and power of execution. Blue Sushi Sake Opening in Dallas Uptown 2017

Flagship Restaurant Group, based in Omaha, Nebraska, today announced confirmed plans to open its newest Dallas location of Blue Sushi Sake Grill, fall 2017. Located in the Uptown neighborhood at 3230 McKinney Avenue, the restaurant will mark the group’s third Blue location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Flagship Restaurant Group chief executive officer, Nick Hogan, says the restaurant group has had its sights set on Uptown for a while. “I have no doubt Blue’s lively bar scene and variety of sushi will position Blue as an ideal happy hour and late-night spot for Uptown residents.”   Continue reading →
