Since joining the Piper-Heidsieck family in 2018, Émilien has continued the house’s legacy of excellence, succeeding the legendary Régis Camus now devoted to the distinguished Rare project. With a philosophy rooted in balance, precision, and expression, Boutillat embodies a new generation of Champagne craftsmanship—one that honors tradition while embracing innovation.
