Avra Estiatorio, the acclaimed destination for Mediterranean cuisine and refined dining, is officially opening its doors in Dallas on Friday, September 19. Located at 300 Crescent Court, Suite 120 in Uptown Dallas at The Crescent, the restaurant promises to deliver the same elevated experience that has made Avra a favorite among food enthusiasts for 25 years.
Marking the brand’s 25th anniversary, Avra’s Dallas debut continues a legacy of authenticity, quality, and exceptional service. Known for sourcing the finest ingredients—fresh seafood flown in from around the world, seasonal produce, and artisanal Mediterranean staples—the restaurant brings a sun-drenched coastal vibe to the heart of the city.
Nick Tsoulos, Co-Founder and Co-Owner, says, “We’re proud to bring an exceptional dining experience to Dallas, where stunning ambiance meets outstanding Greek cuisine. Our vision is to offer more than a meal—it’s a journey. Each dish tells a story, made with the finest ingredients and served with unmatched hospitality.”

Cuisine That Tells a Story
Avra’s menu highlights pristine seafood, traditional Greek dishes, and family recipes passed down through generations. Signature offerings include Avra Chips—crispy paper-thin zucchini and eggplant slices—Whole Grilled Branzino, Lamb Chops, Grilled Octopus, and classic Greek salads and dips.
Seafood is central to the experience. Guests can select from in-season catches such as Branzino, Red Snapper, Wild Dover Sole, and Mediterranean rarities like Fagri (Red Porgy) and Lithrini (Pink Bream). Diners can enjoy seafood grilled over charcoal with Ladolemono sauce, baked in salt, or served raw as carpaccio or ceviche. Lamb and beef are sourced from premium ranches across the U.S., while many Mediterranean ingredients—including wild-grown oregano, extra virgin olive oil, and artisanal cheeses—come directly from Greece.
Wine, Spirits & Cocktails
Avra Dallas features an extensive wine list spotlighting both Greek and international producers. The selection spans renowned regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux, Tuscany, and Napa, alongside acclaimed Greek labels gaining global recognition.
The cocktail menu is equally refined, with creative drinks such as the Helios Heat (Creyente Mezcal, Diplomatico, spicy mango), Santorini (Hendrick’s Gin, Crop Cucumber Vodka, basil, Giffard Pamplemousse), and Mykonos Breeze (Stoli, Velvet Falernum, passionfruit, lemon). The spirits selection covers hundreds of options, from bourbons and ryes to gins, tequilas, and rums.

A Design Inspired by the Mediterranean
Spanning 14,000 square feet and seating 350 guests, Avra Estiatorio Dallas combines elegant contemporary elements with traditional Greek aesthetics. Designed by the Rockwell Group, the space features natural stone, 300-year-old planters imported from Greece, light linen accents, and lush greenery throughout. Two patios and multiple private dining spaces—including The Conservatory, a glass café enveloped in plants—offer intimate, stylish settings for gatherings.
At the heart of the restaurant is an opulent bar, serving as a social hub where guests can enjoy cocktails, wine, and spirits in a lively yet refined environment.
An Unparalleled Dallas Destination
Avra Dallas promises to be the perfect backdrop for intimate dinners, casual get-togethers, and grand celebrations. With its world-class Mediterranean cuisine, vibrant design, and welcoming atmosphere, the restaurant brings a unique touch to the Dallas dining scene.
