YO Ranch Steakhouse Offering Wine Tutelage

This April, Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse, will kick off its “Tutored Tasting” wine series. Led by the restaurant’s new award-winning wine director, Jeff Carlson, this new wine series puts an approachable and fun spin on the traditional wine pairing dinner.

 With a longstanding goal to “de-mystify wine” for guests, Carlson takes a more casual approach to his tastings. Each event features a different theme, with the first highlighting something we can all relate to: “Tax Relief Wine Tasting.”   Continue reading
