Chef Romano Resigns at Charlie Palmer

by Steven Doyle    photo by Robert Bostick

Chef Scott Romano will be leaving Charlie Palmer at the Joule (we consider one of the best in Dallas) to work as a personal chef and eventuially will pursue his dream to open a restaurant in the Dallas area with the assistance of Charlie Palmer himself. We wish Romano the very best. He will be married November 11, 2011 (11-11-11) .

A replacement chef has yet to be named. We will follow up on Romano’s plans and the new chef at Palmer’s as new is released.
