The Omni Dallas Hotel at the Dallas Convention Center is scheduled to open its doors early November. Already a success with over a quarter million reservations booked for the yet-to-be-open hotel, the hotel just recently named their executive chef, Jason Weaver.
If the name of chef Weaver rings a bell, it should. He was top toque at the Adolphus Hotel’s famed French Room, and has worked Mandarin Oriental New York in the Time Warner Center and the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas.
More recently the chef has been in the kitchens of the posh La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa in Montgomery, Texas.
