We normally do not discuss chain restaurants and fast food, but this looks like it will be a nice option for those on the run. Pollo Tropical is making its way to Dallas by year’s end, and with it will come plenty of healthy food options such as wraps, vegetable bowls and even some delicious sounding takes on yucca and plaintains.
We are especially excited to see so many grilled entrees such as chicken, ribs and pork.
Owned by the same corporation that runs Taco Cabana which is now based in Addison, Pollo Tropical plans to open an approximate 40 stores in the area over the next two years.
Pollo Tropical is swarming in Florida with a huge concentration of restaurants in Miami where it is a staple.
