The Dallas Farmers Market Friends (DFMF) announces the 19th Annual Hoedown, to be held on Thursday, November 7 at Fair Park’s Food & Fiber Pavilion. The annual fundraiser benefits the Dallas Farmers Market and highlights the best of local food from Dallas’ top restaurants, Texas’ best wines and foods from local producers. This year, the North Texas Food Bank will be included in the proceeds from the event.

The DFMFriends recognize the important role The North Texas Food Bank maintains in the Dallas community by providing meals and a consistent food source to many of the DFM’s food-insecure neighbors and they have pledged a portion of the evening’s proceeds to the non-profit in support of their shared vision of abolishing hunger in our city.
