Savor Dallas Announces Restaurants and Wines for Multi-day Festival

Savor Dallas presented by Goody Goody, will feature a robust lineup of participating restaurants and wines. This enriched multi-day festival serves as the ultimate toast to the city’s culinary scene and epicurean culture and will celebrate its 11th year on March 19-22, 2015. This will be the first year the event is under the dynamic new direction and management of CrowdSource, the event company of The Dallas Morning News.

Savor Dallas kicks off with the Arts District Wine Stroll on Thursday, March 19, followed by Savor the Arboretum on March 20, The Reserve Tasting at The Women’s Museum in Fair Park on March 21, The Grand Tasting at Centennial Hall in Fair Park, also on March 21, and the Community Brunch in partnership with Downtown Dallas Inc. and Café Momentum at Main Street Garden on March 22.

The restaurants confirmed for The Reserve Tasting include AF + B, Boulevardier (with a preview of the new Rapscallion), Casa Rubia, Gemma, Hibiscus, Lark on the Park, The Mansion Restaurant, Neighborhood Services, Salum, and Smoke! Also on tap to deliver a range of notable flavors across the festival events are CBD Provisions, The Common Table, Dragonfly, Luck, The Meddlesome Moth, Meso Maya, Pecan Lodge, SER, Sissy’s Southern Kitchen, among more than 60 others. Throughout the festival, Savor Dallas will feature hundreds of wines, including those from small producers and family estates, some of which have been hand-selected by title partner Goody Goody and their expert wine team. The most renowned wine regions in America, along with noted Texas wineries, will be represented, as will international offerings from France, Spain, Italy, Chile and Argentina, along with Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Portugal and Canada. Among the rich variety of premier wines that will be showcased at The Reserve Tasting are the Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux wines from the finest chateaux in France, also curated by the Goody Goody team.

This year, Savor Dallas also introduces a new spirits alley with mixology bars at the Grand Tasting, along with an exclusive craft mixology lounge at The Reserve Tasting, each curated by Republic National Distributing Company and highlighting elite brands from suppliers such as William Grant & Sons, Pernod Ricard, Brown-Forman, Bacardi and Edrington. Also new this year is an Untapped Beer Garden, featuring craft beer selections selected by the co-owners of the Untapped Festivals.
