Proof+Pantry to Recreate James Beard Dinner in Dallas Aug 20th


On July 22nd, the team at Proof + Pantry traveled to New York to take over one of the most iconic culinary institutions in the world, the legendary James Beard House in Manhattan. Proof + Pantry hosted a sold-out dinner for foodies from around the country. At the end of the flawlessly executed evening, the culinary team, led by Executive Chef Julio Peraza, including Chef Nick Hurry and guest Chef Vinson Perrillo, were greeted by a resounding standing ovation from every guest in attendance.

Thursday, August 20th, Proof + Pantry will recreate their unforgettable dinner in Dallas. Two seatings will be offered for guests to experience this exquisite dinner; the first beginning at 6:00pm, followed by the second at 9:00pm. 

Reservations are required as both seatings are expected to sell-out quickly. First seating is at 6:00 pm, with a second seating at 9:00 pm. The cost of this special dinner is $90 per person or $130 including wine pairings. For reservations please call 214.880.9940.
