Bisous Bisous Celebrates The Season With A Gingerbread Tower

Chef-Owner Andrea Meyer and a team of ten has completed a Gingerbread Eiffel Tower, now on display at the Parisian-inspired Bisous Bisous Patisserie.  The 42” replica took more than a month to construct with some elaborate pieces taking more than 4 hours to carve.  The team used woodworking templates for scale and hand cut each piece before baking.

With a nod to the intricate storefront displays throughout “The City of Love”, the Eiffel Tower, complete with lighting will be on display in to the New Year.  

Additionally, Bisous Bisous Patisserie has several festive desserts and pastries for the holidays. including the classic Bûche de Noël, dark chocolate peppermint, apple hazelnut and pecan pumpkin mouse tarts (3” and 9”), peppermint, eggnog, chocolate mint and gingerbread spice French macarons, cranberry apple Cruffins and custom shortbread cookies ($4-$45)

Specializing in a large variety of unique French-style pastries including French macarons, tarts, éclairs, croissants, Cruffins and cakes, the original creations are made from scratch daily using the finest ingredients.  A rotating selection of delectable offerings features seasonally inspired flavors.  Additionally, Bisous Bisous Patisserie offers a full coffee bar with custom beans from local coffee roasters Noble Coyote.

Bisous Bisous Patisserie is located at 3700 McKinney Avenue, Suite #150.  Hours of operation are Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
