Halloween Plans at Henderson Tap House


The leaves are starting to change and everyone in Dallas is anticipating the gorgeous Fall weather and parties to begin, including the neighborhood restaurant, Henderson Tap House. This season promises to provide fall parties like never before with one of the first ones being Halloween. Grab your best costumes and mark your calendar to attend Henderson Tap House’s 5 day Halloween celebration because they will be giving away $5,000 in cash & prizes to the best costumes this year.

 Everyone loves getting to dress up for Halloween and who doesn’t love winning some money, too? This year Henderson Tap House will be giving away huge prizes to the best costumes and we couldn’t be more excited. They will kick off the 5 day celebration on Thursday October 27th with Rockstar Karaoke hosted by Live80 starting at 9pm. Henderson Tap House encourages all guests to dress up as their favorite rock star, dead or alive, and sing their hearts out with a full band backing you up. Each performance will be watched by patrons and the contest will be judged based off of crowd participation. So, pretty much, whoever gets the most yells at the end of the contest will be taking home $500 in cash & prizes.  

 Henderson Tap House is always pet friendly, even during Halloween. On Friday October 28th from 6pm-9pm you can dress up your pets and bring them to Henderson Tap House for their Mutts for Modelo Haunted Hound Hour. Every pet who comes will be greeted with bags full of treats for your little boy or girl. The best costumes will win gift cards for spa days, new outfits, pet sitting and dog walking, and more. And don’t worry parents, Henderson Tap House will have you covered by offering their Happy Hour specials extended to you until 9pm which include $2 off wells, wine, and domestic drafts, $1 off calls, premium drafts, and specialty cocktails, and half off wood fired pizzas.


 After their Mutts for Modelo Haunted Hound Hour, Henderson Tap House will have DJ Tyler Dean spinning his set from 10pm-2am on Friday night and they will be hosting a Horror on Henderson Avenue Party where all neighbors from local apartment complexes Avana Knox Henderson, Camden Henderson, Camden Belmont, Strata Dallas, and Eastbridge will have their residents in for a huge party hosted by Dallasites101. The entire Knox/Henderson neighborhood will be coming to Henderson Tap House for a chance to win $750 in cash & prizes for their Friday Night Costume Contest.  After watching all the college football games on Saturday at Henderson Tap House who was named readers choice Best Sports Bar in Dallas by Dallas Observer, they will have DJ Dive spinning at 10pm to start the biggest Halloween Party in Dallas with a grand prize of $1,500 cold hard cash to the best costume in the house. This year the theme at Henderson Tap House is a Zombie Ball where you can get specialty cocktails that may or may not have eyeballs in them.


On Sunday, Henderson Tap House will be showing all the NFL games, with the biggest game being our local Dallas Cowboys playing the big rival Eagles at 7:30pm. Henderson Tap House is encouraging all guests to arrive early to get the best seats in the house and to stick around after the game where they will have a DJ and begin a costume contest to win a new Play Station game console and prizes valued over $750.

 If you still haven’t won any prizes at Henderson Tap House by Halloween Night, then do not fret because they will be giving away $1,000 in cash & prizes Monday night! Henderson Tap House will have DJs providing all the dance hits starting at 10pm and will begin picking the best costumes to enter the contest around 11pm.
