The barbecue mavens at Lockhart Smokehouse are famous for their BBQ camps where they intrigue and educate home smokers in the art of ‘que. There is a very special event that blends two of the planet’s most wonderful things, BBQ and beer, together in one fun-filled afternoon.
Come out to Franconia Brewing in Mckinney, TX for a special day. From 2p-5pm enjoy a BBQ Pit Master Class with guest instructor Damian Avila from Lockhart Smokehouse. Damian is the Pit Master for both their Dallas and Plano locations and he will be instructing everyone in attendance on how to make perfect barbecue at home. Plus all attendees enjoy plenty of food and cold brewed Franconia craft beer.
