Es el tiempo del verano, and Bulla Gastrobar is bringing in some delicious new Spanish fare to their seasonal rotating menu. For the summer, Bulla is including a new collection of Spanish favorites crafted with flavorful spices and other colorful ingredients.
Among the new items are the Tortillitas de Camarón which contain fish and shrimp fritters, Spanish paprika and tartar sauce. Those wanting something land-based can try the Bistec a la Parrilla, a perfectly grilled 4-ounce portion of bistro steak with truffled potato, salsa criolla and arugula salad.
For non-meat-eaters, the Parrillada de Verduras, a plate of grilled veggies served with a house-made romesco sauce, is a great, light choice. Additionally, Bulla will also be introducing Spanish-style Grilled Oysters, served simply with Tabasco butter.
For dessert, guests can indulge in Budín de Pan, a Spanish bread pudding type of dish.
Bulla Gastrobar’s new Spanish items will be available until the end of summer.
