Eduardo “Lalo” Gonzales, founder of LALO Tequila and grandson of Don Julio Gonzales – the Father of Premium Tequila – is headed to Mexican Sugar in Las Colinas, and tequila aficionados have a chance to meet him.
On Tuesday, Feb. 9 from 6-8 p.m., Mexican Sugar, located at 3215 Regent Blvd., will host a meet and greet event with Lalo, which includes complimentary tequila tastings and passed appetizers provided by LALO Tequila. Guests can hear how Lalo is continuing the legacy of his father and grandfather with a bold new approach to perfecting Blanco Tequila.
Following the event, Lalo will personalize and sign bottles of LALO Tequila (available for purchase or pre-sale while supplies last), and attendees can enter a raffle for a signed bottle with the purchase of a specialty margarita.
