El Carlos invites you to embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse flavors of Mexico, perfectly paired with the artisanal mezcal produced by Derrumbes. The six-course tasting menu has been expertly crafted by El Carlos Elegante’s chef to highlight the unique notes and complexities of each mezcal variety.
