The Douglas, the neighborhood bar and grill located in Snider Plaza, announces it will have the return of two fan-favorite pastas for the month of July. The Cheesy 21 Layer Lasagna is layered with béchamel, tomato basil sauce, fresh mozzarella, and parmigiano reggiano; seared and served on a bed of tomato or bolognese sauce topped with béchamel, grated parmesan, and fines herbs.
Guests can also enjoy the return of the Brisket Bolognese. The fettuccine pasta is cooked with tender wagyu brisket sourced from Rosewood Ranches, marinated in Bolognese sauce and caramelized sunchoke and ricotta agnolotti dal plin with salsa macha. Specials are hand-made from scratch and rotate every month to include only the freshest seasonal ingredients.
