Rodeo Goat honors the State Fair of Texas with a hat tip to the legendary Big Tex. Available through October 17, the “Big Tex” in an over-the-top burger featuring a 44 Farms all beef patty, chicken fried mashed potato cake, bacon, fried onion ring, and chorizo gravy ($13).
Big Tex goes head to head with the popular Hatch Me If You Can burger in this over-the-top Burger Battle. White cheddar Hatch chile queso, tortilla strips, roasted Hatch green chiles, pan-fried onions, and avocado ranch on a brioche bun make the Hatch Me If You Can a sure crowd-pleaser ($12.50).
Pumpkin Spiced Goat Balls are also available for a limited time only.
