Fred’s Texas Cafe Announces Partnership with Panther Island Brewing

Fred’s Texas Cafe announced a partnership with beloved family-owned and operated microbrewery – Panther Island Brewing launching with “Pint Night” from 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm at Camp Bowie West and North Fort Worth – Western Center respectively. Hungry guests can enjoy fantastic food with a side of live music, featuring Chris Watson on Tuesday Pint Nights and Jackson Hatch on Wednesday Pint Night.

This new partnership builds upon the fan-favorite tradition of Fred’s off-menu items and insider specials but with a brand new twist. Each month, Quincy Wallace, CEO of Fred’s Texas Cafe, will work alongside his team to dream up an off-menu, limited-time offer burger that is inspired by specialty selected brew from Panther Island Brewing.

This month, patrons can order the Elotes Burger, a half-pound Black Angus patty, piled with grilled Pepper Jack cheese, homemade fresh elote, finished with spicy Cheetos dust, cilantro, and a drizzle of Valentina hot sauce. The Elotes Burger finds its perfect pair with Pather Island’s Pantera Loco Mexican Lager, a flavorful classic Mexican lager with a slight lime twist and crisp finish, with lime and optional tajin rim to finish. This tangy twist on a classic Mexican lager will be featured at both locations’ Pint Nights where guests can enjoy the cold-ass beer alongside the featured burger and fun giveaways.

When asked about the new partnership, CEO and Co-Owner Quincy Wallace said, “Everyone here at Fred’s is excited to officially welcome the guys from Panther Island Brewing to the family! We’ve worked with their team for years bringing their beer to our customers, but in this new partnership we are getting creative. We are planning on developing some tasty off-menu burgers every month that are inspired by and celebrate
