Riscky’s BBQ for the Holidays

Riscky’s Barbeque, the second-oldest restaurant in all of Fort Worth and a Texas barbeque legend since 1927, is offering Texas-sized whole-smoked turkey breast, whole-smoked hams, and a new festive catering menu for the 2023 holiday season.

For only $69.99, customers can purchase a 6-8-pound whole-smoked ham or turkey breast to take home and serve during their holiday gatherings. The sweet and juicy pit ham is slow-smoked and sliced thick, while the turkey is a boneless succulent white breast cooked slowly in Riscky’s hand-built wood-burning pit. Both are seasoned with famous “Riscky Dust” and serve up to 30 people.

In addition, Riscky’s has unveiled a special holiday catering menu for parties and events up to 150 people. The menu is served buffet-style and includes whole-smoked ham, whole-smoked turkey, southern-style cornbread dressing, homemade mashed potatoes, made-from-scratch gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, green salad, freshly baked rolls, iced tea and lemonade, and pumpkin pie, pecan pie and peach cobbler for dessert. The special holiday catering menu includes free delivery and set-up services, and includes all serving utensils, plates, napkins and cups, making it 100% hassle-free.
