Fairmont Dallas has made a change to their programming for Valentine’s Day and is now offering the following delicious menu options on Friday, February 9, Saturday, February 10, and Wednesday February 14.
Pyramid at Fairmont Dallas will offer a martini bar featuring a Raspberry Martini, Chocolate Martini and Espresso Martini and limited edition plates including Texas Wagyu Tartare, Alaskan Halibut, Mille-Feuille, and more on February 9th, 10th, and 14th from 5-11pm. Menu prices range from $16-$52. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

- Young Lettuces and Herbs with Honeycrisp apple, Marcona almonds, manchego, and Banyuls vinaigrette
- Texas Wagyu Tartare with chimichurri, pecorino, and brioche
- Agnolotti with ricotta, crawfish, and lobster nage
- Mafaldine with caper gremolata, San Marzano tomato, and Grana Padano
- Alaskan Halibut with savoy cabbage, celeriac, and champagne emulsion
- 8oz Prime Filet with foie gras, pommes puree, and bordelaise
- Mille-Feuille with Caribe chocolate and vanilla custard crème
