Join Mirador for a Special Three-Course Dinner Benefiting Booker T. Washington’s FLYINGHORSE

Mirador invites you to join them for an unforgettable evening and indulge in a delightful three-course dinner with wine pairings, all in support of FLYINGHORSE, the annual performing arts fundraiser benefiting Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.  The dinner will take place on Wednesday, March 6 and Headington Companies will donate a portion of the proceeds to benefit Booker T. Washington High School, supporting their performing and visual arts programs.

FLYINGHORSE is an annual performing arts fundraiser benefiting Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, which supports 21st century scholar artists by providing intensive, integrated training to build a bridge to the post-secondary and professional world. First Course (Choice Of):

  • Black Bass Crudo – coconut milk, citrus, cilantro
  • Castelfranco – brown butter vinaigrette, pears, golden raisins, pecans, mimolette

First Course paired with 2022 Nickel & Nickel Truchard Chardonnay.

Second Course (Choice Of)

  • Agnolotti – ricotta, peas, lemon
  • Roasted Lamb – carrots, zhug, almond dukkha

Second Course paired with 2021 Nickel & Nickel Cabernet Sauvignon.

Third Course (Choice Of):

  • Olive Oil Cake – oranges, pistachio ice cream, Texas olive oil
  • Chocolate Torte – raspberry, gelato, hazelnuts
