
Monarch, the upscale modern Italian restaurant known for its wood-fired cuisine led by two-time Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant, will host a week-long celebration of National Caviar Day from Saturday, July 13th to Saturday, July 20th. Located within the historic NATIONAL building in downtown Dallas, Monarch will host a series of caviar-centric culinary experiences throughout the week, featuring expertly curated pairings that meld tradition with innovation.
Sasanian Caviar & Champagne Masterclass
Kickstart Caviar Week on Saturday, July 13th, with an exclusive caviar-tasting masterclass taught by a representative from the prestigious Sasanian Caviar. For $150 per person, guests will explore a selection of Elite Reserve Osetra Albino, Kaluga Hybrid, and White Sturgeon, served with Billecart Brut Rosé Champagne NV and Billecart Sous Bois Champagne NV.
Caviar Dinner
On Thursday, July 18th, celebrate National Caviar Day with an expertly crafted five-course dinner priced at $350++ per person. The specialty dinner will feature signature Italian-inspired dishes paired with a variety of osetra caviars, including Golden, Royal, Supreme, Venezia, and Siberian Osetra. [MENU FEATURED BELOW]
Caviar Flights & Caviar Royale Upgrade
Throughout the week, from July 13th through the 20th, Monarch will offer caviar flights and a special caviar-enhanced version of their signature royale menu. Priced at $310, these flights include Imperial “Golden” Osetra, Royal Osetra, and Siberian Baerii. Additionally, for $120, guests can enhance their Royale tasting menu experience with the Caviar Royale upgrade.
