Celebrate 17 years of Fearing’s Restaurant, a cornerstone of culinary excellence in Dallas, with a night of culinary collaboration, expertly paired wines, live entertainment and more.
Chef Dean Fearing invites guests to celebrate the 17th Anniversary of Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas on Friday, Sep. 20. This special event will feature a family-style dinner prepared by a lineup of legendary chefs led by Fearing, including Scott Conant, Robert Del Grande, Mark Kiffin, Charlie Palmer, Ming Tsai and Jonathan Waxman. Each chef will preside over a course, and present the dish to guests.
The evening begins with artisanal cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seasonally-inspired meal and decadent desserts, all paired with world-class wines poured by The Ritz-Carlton Dallas’ seasoned sommelier, Paul Botamer.
