Chef John Tesar’s Knife Italian to Host a Dinner with Quintessa Winery on Thursday, September 19th

Knife Italian, Chef John Tesar’s steakhouse with Italian influence, will host a decadent culinary experience in collaboration with Quintessa Winery. Chef John Tesar will personally guide guests through a specially curated pairing menu that will delight the senses.

The wine dinner will take place on Thursday, September 19th, 2024, and will offer guests a Michelin-worthy five-course meal that pairs Chef Tesar’s celebrated cuisine and dry aging techniques with Quintessa’s distinguished Napa Valley wines.

Quintessa spans 280 acres of diverse geology, biodiversity, exposures, and microclimates. Of this, 160 acres are dedicated to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Carménère, carefully cultivated across 26 vineyard blocks. Since its planting in 1989, the estate has adhered to organic principles, incorporating Biodynamic practices in 1996, driven by the belief that the highest farming standards yield the world’s finest wines. Inspired by the land’s natural grandeur, the Huneeus family has devoted themselves to capturing its beauty and harmony in a single, extraordinary wine each year. Honoring the tradition of esteemed wine estates, Quintessa’s singular red blend from each vintage offers a transparent, energetic, and holistic expression of the property.

The evening will provide a unique opportunity for guests to delight in sampling four unique pours guided by a representative from Quintessa every step of the way.
