If you’re looking for a classic lobster dish not widely available in Dallas, ask for the Lobster Thermidor (MKT + $30). The three-and-a-half-pound lobster is stuffed with fresh crab and shrimp in a creamy creole bechamel, topped with parmesan and breadcrumbs. For those looking for the best of both worlds, the Gold Standard Surf & Turf ($110)is a perfect dish for both meat and seafood lovers, offering eight ounces of Peppercorn-Crusted Sliced Filet Mignon and a six-ounce Lobster Tail, complemented by Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, with a Red Wine Demi-Glace.
