Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman’s multi-course menu promises to transport guests through a sophisticated culinary adventure. Begin with a tantalizing amuse of Green Chicken Enchilada Arancini paired with Fortaleza Tequila Blanco, culminating in a decadent finale of Churro Bread Pudding with banana brûlée, paired with the distinguished José Cuervo Reserva La Familia Extra Añejo. Each dish features locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, reflecting Chef Anastacia’s innovative approach and mastery of regional Mexican cuisine.
