Meat Fight® is back, promising an exciting culinary showdown with its Meat Midway! Returning attendees may think they know the drill: four teams of talented DFW chefs from renowned restaurants like Lucia, Petra and the Beast, and Goodwins will compete in various meaty categories, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and fried chicken—plus a sweet category for dessert. These dishes will be evaluated by esteemed pitmasters, while guests will enjoy tasting the creations and voting for their favorites, including the best sides like macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw. The stakes are high, with winners earning bragging rights and homemade trophies that are truly priceless.
While the competition aspect of Meat Fight is certainly a highlight, the real winners are the attendees. This year, the Meat Midway experience has been elevated. Caricatures will be available once again, alongside a Wine & Whiskey Pull. Guests can also test their skills with classic games like Porkchop Speedway and prove their prowess in the Human Claw Game. Midway add-ons and raffle tickets will be available for purchase along with admission, and VIP options offer a special experience for those who want to indulge further.
Tickets go on sale online on Wednesday, October 10th, and the event will take place at the Dallas Youth Sports (also known as TPN Athletic Complex) on Sunday, November 10th. Attendees are encouraged to arrive hungry! General admission tickets are priced at $110 and grant access to all team tastings and side samples, along with beer. VIP tickets, available for $175, provide early entry and all the same benefits.

Everyone involved—chefs, sponsors, and attendees—are united in their passion for good food and community. Attendees can expect a fulfilling experience, knowing that 100% of ticket proceeds support individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis.
