José, one of Dallas’ premier Mexican restaurants, is excited to introduce its highly anticipated fall menu. With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, the new menu offers an exquisite selection of regional Mexican dishes, perfect for the cooler autumn months.
José has long been known for its dedication to crafting modern Mexican cuisine inspired by traditional flavors. The new fall menu continues this tradition with exciting new dishes and seasonal favorites that highlight the rich culinary identity of Mexico.
“Our new fall menu was built around the flavors of family meals in Mexico. We are inspired by the dishes we grew up with that make us feel at home, and have brought that inspiration into the development of this menu,” said Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, Executive Chef at José. “We’re blending traditional Mexican flavors with ingredients that shine in the fall, like heirloom carrots, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. Whether you’re joining us for a cozy dinner or a festive celebration, we hope our guests will love these new dishes as much as we enjoyed creating them.”
Featured Fall Menu Items Include:
- Quesadilla de Huitlacoche: huitlacoche, bloomsdale spinach, Oaxaca cheese
- Beet and Heirloom Carrot Salad: roasted heirloom carrots, beets, lacinato kale, goat cheese, pomegranate, candied sesame and pepita seeds, and coriander vinaigrette
- Cauliflower Salad: sliced cauliflower, shallots, cilantro, piloncillo candied pecans, pickles sultanas, orange segments, tamarind vinaigrette
- Brussels Esquites: elote crema, tajin, and cotija cheese
- Pistachio Tres Leches: pistachio cake, three milks, toasted pistachios, and whipped cream
- Pumpkin Spice Arroz con Leche: rice pudding with pumpkin puree, and cinnamon
Along with the fall menu dishes, José is bringing a seasonal spin to its beverage menu, featuring autumn favorite cocktails such as the mezcal-based Crimson Flower and the tequila-based La Coqueta. The Crimson Flower combines Mezcal Amarás Verde, hibiscus & morita syrup, lime juice, Topo Chico, and a hibiscus salt rim. The La Coqueta has a Mijenta Blanco base with poblano ancho reyes, Amazonian passion fruit, lemon juice, and a tajin rim. And for those less interested in spirits, ask your server about the seasonal Mexican wine options. As patio weather creeps in, reserve your spot at José to experience the seasonal specials and spirits while basking in the fall air.
José is located at 4931 W Lovers Ln, Dallas, TX 75209. Reservations are highly encouraged to experience the new fall menu. Book your table online here or by calling the restaurant at (214) 891-5673.
