La Parisienne, the French Bistro at The Star in Frisco, Transforms to a Winter Wonderland

La Parisienne, the cozy and chic French bistro at The Star in Frisco has transformed to a Winter Wonderland now through February 28. The space will transform guests to a snowy Parisian experience with specialty winter cocktails.

Local artist, Mark Majedi curated the winter wonderland decor and design in the space inspired by owner Mondi Tag’s travels to Paris in the winter three years ago while wandering the snow-covered streets.

Mondi says of the inspiration, “During a visit to Paris, I was captivated by the hotel lobbies, each transformed into enchanting winter wonderlands. The atmosphere was simply magical. Bringing that same charm to La Parisienne has been such an enjoyable experience. My goal is to immerse our guests in the essence of the City of Lights during the holiday season, making them feel as though they’re dining and drinking in the heart of Paris amidst the beauty of winter.”

The space features snowy pine trees, birch wood, flocked garlands, and snow-covered wreaths along with winter napkins, candles, glassware and more.

Specialty drinks are available including the Snowstorm Margarita, Pomegranate Aperol Spritz, Cranberry Moscow Mule, Peppermint Old Fashioned Eggnog, Christmas Cookie Martini and Pumpkin Spiced White Russian.

La Parisienne also features a Winter Wonderland Holiday Tea daily from 11 am – 6 pm. Guests can enjoy sipping on gourmet tea, sandwiches and holiday-themed pastries. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. $55++ per person. To make reservations click here.
