
Knife Italian, Chef John Tesar’s Italian steakhouse concept, is offering a festive Christmas menu, available on December 24th from 5 PM to 10 PM and December 25th from 12 PM to 10 PM. Guests will begin their holiday meal with one of three appetizers: a rich cream of wild mushroom soup made with chestnut oil and tarragon croutons; a winter holiday salad featuring cranberries, walnuts, pears, and blue cheese dressed with a red wine vinaigrette; or bruschetta topped with burrata and caviar.
Entrée selections include Dr Pepper-glazed baked ham; a 60-day dry-aged 14oz ribeye of beef; a butterfly branzino served with salsa verde; or saffron risotto with hot honey, spiced carrot, and yogurt. Additionally, each entrée is served with whipped Yukon potatoes, broccoli rabe, and roasted cauliflower with raisins.
To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can choose between the chocolate yule log or the eggnog panna cotta with cranberry and gingerman crumble.
