Beloved West Dallas restaurateur and owner of Milagro Tacos, Jesus Carmona, has officially opened Pesca at Trinity Groves, offering a fresh take on coastal seafood in a vibrant and welcoming space. Drawing inspiration from the sea, Pesca blends timeless American seafood traditions with Carmona’s signature hospitality, creating a dining experience that feels both modern and familiar.

Designed with natural wood tones, ocean-inspired hues, and nautical accents, the space evokes the relaxed, coastal charm of a beachside getaway. Bold elements and playful pops of color infuse the restaurant with energy, making it a dynamic addition to the Trinity Groves neighborhood.
“I wanted to create a space and menu that invites people to experience my take on delicious coastal dishes,” said Carmona. “Pesca is a new offering for West Dallas, a community that’s incredibly special to me.”
The menu features an array of fresh seafood dishes that highlight Carmona’s culinary expertise, including grilled fish or fish a la plancha, spicy shrimp shooters, oysters, tuna crudo, crab croquettes, chowder, shrimp enchiladas, linguini frutti di mare, and lobster rolls. For dessert, guests can indulge in delightful sweet treats, all paired with refreshing cocktails and drinks.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Jesus to Trinity Groves,” said Sam Romano, partner at West Dallas Investments. “Pesca offers a unique coastal seafood experience that West Dallas has been craving, and we’re excited for the community to enjoy it.”
A native of Mexico City, Carmona’s passion for food began at the age of 12 when he worked in his family’s business. With over 30 years of experience, including a degree in food and beverage from Miami Dade College and training at the San Francisco Culinary Academy, Carmona continues to bring his culinary vision to life in every dish.
