La Boehme Final Night March 8-9 2025 & Where to Dine

Bekhzod Davronov

La Bohème, the beloved opera by Giacomo Puccini, will be presented at the Dallas Opera from March 8-9, 2025, featuring a star-studded cast. Bekhzod Davronov stars as the passionate poet Rodolfo, Sylvia D’Eramo as the fragile and beautiful Mimi, Takaoki Onishi as the loyal painter Marcello, and Emily Pogorelc as the spirited Musetta. Under the baton of Emmanuel Villaume, this production promises to captivate audiences with its emotional depth and timeless music.

Set in the Parisian Latin Quarter, La Bohème follows a group of young artists as they navigate their dreams and struggles, with the ill-fated romance between Rodolfo and Mimi at the heart of the story. Puccini’s iconic score will bring their poignant love story to life in a performance full of passion, heartbreak, and beauty.

Before the performance, patrons can attend the Joy and Ronald Mankoff Pre-Opera Talk, a 25-minute interactive lecture hosted by Maestro Emmanuel Villaume. This talk, held one hour before the performance, offers fascinating insights into the opera’s history, themes, and music. Admission is free with your ticket to the Dallas Opera performance and provides a perfect introduction to one of Puccini’s most cherished works.

Don’t miss the opportunity to experience La Bohème in the Margaret McDermott Performance Hall on March 8-9, 2025—an unforgettable evening sure to resonate with both opera lovers and newcomers alike. Tickets here.
