Friday, May 2 – Saturday, May 3
Celebrate spring with the grand reveal of José’s refreshed patios—featuring colorful new designs, bold textiles, and upgraded seating areas perfect for relaxing and toasting under the Texas sky.
Sunday, May 4 – José’s 8th Anniversary
Raise a glass (or better yet, a Squozen Margarita) to eight years of culinary excellence and heartfelt hospitality. José commemorates its journey with a toast to the loyal community that helped shape its legacy.
Monday, May 5 – Cinco de Mayo & a New Chapter
This year’s Cinco de Mayo marks a meaningful moment in José’s story. As the team bids farewell to Executive Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman and General Manager Victor Rojas, guests are invited to celebrate their incredible contributions while welcoming an exciting new chapter. Expect lively music, enhanced dining spaces, and sneak peeks at upcoming seasonal menu changes—all rooted in the spirit of José.
