Now open in the Rail District at 8763 7th St, Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen blends European charm with modern Texas flavor. Created by Alora Hospitality Group, the cozy 44-seat lounge offers shareable plates, creative cocktails, and a stylish atmosphere perfect for happy hour, date night, or a relaxed evening with friends.
Led by Culinary Director Amy DiBiase, the menu features refined dishes like foie gras torchon, stone fruit panzanella, and goat cheese-stuffed peppers. There’s also a selection of pressed sourdough sandwiches from local Croix Bakehouse, plus an inventive spreadables menu including lemon basil goat cheese and warm brie with candied pecans.

On the cocktail side, bar director Chris Norton mixes both classics and modern originals—like the passionfruit-topped Elaine’s Martini and Ashes & Agave with mezcal and Aperol. A thoughtful zero-proof cocktail list and full wine program round out the drink options.
Designed by Burress Design Group, the intimate space channels 1920s glam with emerald velvet sofas, marble tables, and vintage lighting—creating a layered, conversation-friendly setting. Patio seating is also available.
Elaine’s is the first concept from Alora Hospitality Group, founded in 2024 to create destination dining experiences in revitalized downtowns. Additional concepts in the works include 1902 Prosper and Old Town Pie Co.
