Fans attending Dallas Mavericks games this season can expect continued award-winning, chef-inspired concessions crafted in collaboration with Levy and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, plus expanded drink offerings and a line-up of rotating sweet and savory menu items, inspired by the team’s 2025-26 Theme Nights schedule. And new to American Airlines Center are three frictionless concession stands, powered by Amazon Just Walk Out technology, at Chef’s Corner West, Chef’s Corner East, and Grill Zone 326.
The Mavericks will also partner with leading restaurant brands, including Uchi, Loro, Avra, Catch, The Mexican and Wakuda, to take over the event level VIP space for pregame and halftime activations – transcending a typical game day experience.
“The introduction of our elevated game day concessions menu last season, in partnership with Levy, was the first step in establishing American Airlines Center as a premier destination for basketball fans and foodies alike,” said Dallas Mavericks Chief Venue Officer Theo Hodges. “This season, we are building on that momentum as we continue to prioritize the fan experience by rolling out hand-crafted cocktails and rotating culinary collaborations, keeping things fresh for our fans while telling a broader story with each of this season’s Theme Nights.”
Beginning with the Mavs season opener against the San Antonio Spurs, on Wednesday, Oct. 22, fans throughout the arena – from courtside to the Terrace Level 300s – can try six new craft cocktails, designed to pair with the signature menu offerings:
- Big Tex Margarita – Patron Silver, Patron Citronge, lime juice, agave, tajin rim
- Smokey Paloma – Patron Silver, Illegal Mezcal Joven, fresh grapefruit juice, agave
- Angel’s Old Fashioned – Angel’s Envy, Angostura Aromatic, Angostura Orange, maple syrup
- Espresso Martini – Grey Goose Vodka, Mr. Black Coffee, cold-pressed espresso, simple syrup
- Hugo Spritz – Grey Goose Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower, fresh lime juice, Fever Tree soda
- Texas Greyhound – Grey Goose Vodka, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, basil syrup, topped with Fever Tree Sparkling Grapefruit
Also new to American Airlines Center concession stands this season is PATH Water. The eco-friendly and refillable aluminum Mavs-branded PATH Water bottles will provide fans a souvenir to use long after the final whistle.
