- SSLT Quiche ($25) – House-smoked salmon, bacon, roasted tomatoes, and spinach, served with pickled red onions and avocado crema. Serves 6–8.
- Tortilla Española ($20) – Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, and eggs, served with romesco sauce. Serves 6–8.
- Texas Bison Pastrami (1½ lbs) ($32) – Comes with 12 cracked pepper & Gruyere beignets and housemade whole grain mustard. Serves 4–6.
- Palmiers with Honey Mustard & Prosciutto ($9) – Flaky puff pastry with honey mustard, prosciutto, and Parmesan. Sold by the half dozen.
- Salmon Rillettes with Aquavit ($25) – Served with vegetable crudité and crostini. Serves 4–6.
