Live music in the Great Room completes the romantic atmosphere.

The menu begins with A Gift from the Chef, followed by choices like oak-grilled Texas quail, Maine lobster and shrimp with house-made noodles, or Texas Gulf shrimp chowder. Entrées include potato-crusted Chilean sea bass, skillet-roasted chicken or duck, oak-roasted Texas antelope, or oak-smoked beef tenderloin with grilled lobster tail, finishing with house-made desserts and a curated wine selection.

Couples can use the resort credit for spa treatments, horseback riding, or clay shooting, personalizing their getaway. Deluxe rooms, suites, cabins, and rental homes are available, with late check-out offered when possible.
