At Maple Leaf Diner, St. Patrick’s Day is marked the way a diner should mark it—through the kitchen. From March 14 through March 22, the restaurant is offering a short lineup of Irish-inspired specials built around one returning favorite.
The centerpiece is the Irish Corned Beef Poutine, a limited-time dish that has developed a loyal following. Crisp fries are topped with tender corned beef and rich gravy, creating a hearty plate that fits somewhere between diner comfort food and pub fare. It’s offered in two sizes, priced at $15.99 and $19.99.
Alongside the seasonal poutine, several menu staples fit naturally into the holiday. The Irish Corned Beef Skillet ($17.99) arrives hot from the griddle with corned beef and breakfast favorites piled into a single pan. The Reuben Sandwich ($14.99) remains a reliable choice, stacked with corned beef, sauerkraut, and melted cheese on grilled rye.
For something to finish the meal, there’s also St Patrick’s Irish Coffee ($10), a classic combination of coffee, whiskey, and cream that works just as well with breakfast as it does after a late lunch.
The specials run for a limited time, but the diner’s corned beef dishes remain a steady draw throughout the year.
