Maman’s fall collaboration with Martha Stewart is now at all three of the chain’s North Texas cafes, and one item is on a short clock. The oatmeal raisin sandwich cookie, two chewy oatmeal cookies with golden and dark raisins and cream cheese frosting, is sold only through September 30.
The menu was developed by Stewart’s test kitchen with Maman co-founder Elisa Marshall. The standout is a caramel cheesecake sugar bun, a sugar-rolled croissant bun filled and topped with cream cheese mousseline and salted caramel, finished with fleur de sel. There is also an apple cider donut cake brushed with brown butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar, a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie, and an iced Marrakesh mint tea with berries.
For lunch, there is a chicken salad club with candied bacon, sharp cheddar, apple and cranberry ginger chutney on brioche, plus creamy tomato soup with a three-cheese grilled cheese. Both are limited to Maman’s full-kitchen cafes, and the kitchen closes at 4 p.m. at Preston Center and Plano.
Maman opened its first Texas cafe in November 2025 at The Plaza at Preston Center, 4004 Villanova St., followed by Lakewood at 6465 E. Mockingbird Lane in April and Plano at 7200 Bishop Road in August. The full lineup is on Maman’s Martha x Maman page.
