I ran across a cute new shop that has been open for a single week in the Bishop Arts District in North Oak Cliff today. Boomers on Bishop is now open and features a small deli counter offering sandwiches, salads and real fruit smoothies. The shop is co-owned by Gregory Reymundo and we spoke with him for a few minutes when he was between slicing meats and toasting bread.
“We offer a healthier way of eating as far as our breads, vegetables and fruits go,” said Reymundo, “we buy healthier and better tasting breads from Enterprise Baking Company. We use the freshest ingredients we can find, period.” Continue reading
