Established in 1946 by the Evans and Wise families, Circle Grill has long been a cherished dining destination in Dallas, offering a warm atmosphere and a menu steeped in tradition. In 1999, the Evans family transitioned ownership to Sam and Kathy Vergos, who continued to nurture the restaurant’s legacy. Recently, the torch has been passed to Rebar Al-Missouri and his business partner, Bjar Amedi, who are committed to preserving the essence of Circle Grill while bringing their unique vision to the establishment.
