Eat Me: Grilled Cheese at Zodiac in Neiman Marcus

Enjoy the popovers with strawberry butter, but you will most likely want to check out the chicken salad or grilled cheese served with a splash of tomato soup at Zodiac, the 68-year-old favorite for ladies who lunch and the rest of the free world.

Fans of the restaurant crave the chicken salad, which is actually made with cream, a dollop of mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, celery and diced chicken breast. Ruthies Rolling Cafe Announces A New Truck (Think Crepes)

Ruthie’s Rolling Cafes are a trio of food trucks that have set a new standard in roving delicacies.  The first food truck, called Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe, introduced a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich that took Dallas by storm. Offering melt in your mouth grilled cheese sandwiches to the DFW area, word spread like wildfire and Ruthie’s achieved a cult following overnight.
